About Renewing Leadership

Renewing Leadership started in 2011 with a very simple purpose. The goal was and continues to be thinking about leadership as an inclusive process that everyone can participate in. There are many examples around us that reinforce an idea that leadership is only for an elite few that have a formal leadership position.  This idea limits individual potential to challenge the status quo and lead for growth, development, and change.  The world needs more leaders willing to get involved.
